Patricia E. Salkin, JD, PhDSVP for Academic Affairs and Provost
Patricia E. Salkin, JD, PhD, is the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost for the Graduate and Professional Divisions at Touro University. She has been the Chief Academic Officer at Touro since 2016. Prior to that she was the Dean of the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchbserg Law Center. She remains a member of the Law Center faculty where she continues to teach each fall. Salkin is a prolific scholar on land use and zoning, government ethics, and higher education and the law. She serves as a peer reviewer for MSCHE and for the ABA. |
